Chibi Pricing
Prices listed below are for one (1) chibi character only.
Terms of Service (T.O.S)
I. Timeline and scope of work
A sketch will be presented before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.
Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.
The final commissioned piece will be accomplished within 3-5 days (depending on details entailed).
The final commissioned piece will include a digital copy lineart and the final artwork in .png and/or .jpg file, depending on the commissioner's preference.
II. Payment
50% down payment is required before the sketching process begins, and remaining 50% to be paid upon approval of sketch.
Payment via paypal only.
III. Revisions
Adjustments may be made during the sketching process.
Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.
IV. Refunds
Commissions may be cancelled at any point in time so long as payment has not been made yet.
Refunds for commissioned piece will not be granted.
Full refund will be granted if the artist fails to complete the commission.
V. Copyright and Reproduction
The artist reserves the right to:
Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. (Only applicable for fanart)
Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece. (Only applicable for fanart)
Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
The commissioner and other parties may not:
Include the commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without prior agreement and/or contract.
Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
Edit, modify, and/or repurpose the commissioned piece.
Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist.
Use the commissioned piece for NFT.
Reupload the commissioned piece onto any AI database programs and/or websites.
Kindly note that commissioned piece will be for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial use will be double of base price.Thank you for reading.
